I’m Micaela Maltinti, Argentinian lettering and graphic designer.

I transform ideas into letters that serve as communication tools for people who want to stand out and express their messages in a unique way.

Through craft, and creativity, I help bring projects to life by creating unique lettering pieces that are both functional and aesthetic. Visual language designed with love for details to connect and communicate with clarity and purpose.

I’ve always been a creative child and enjoyed turning ideas into reality.

Realising that I could turn my ideas into a reality with my own hands made me feel free, autonomous, almost magical.

Long story short, I studied graphic design, and then double down in lettering, typography and calligraphy, to turn ideas into letters that honour the message, mood and story they convey.

I believe that anyone with an idea should be able to communicate it in a functional and attractive way.

That’s why I started my creative studio: to empower people to share their ideas through custom letters —so their messages can be shared in the genuine and efficient way they deserve.

With 8+ years of experience as a designer, I have a strong foundation in visual solutions and a keen eye for detail. I am able to understand unique challenges and deliver outstanding work combining both technical and artistic skills, within schedule, budget and technical requirements.

Being empathetic and detail-oriented allows me to collaborate closely with teams and clients like you, achieving results that not only look stunning but also effectively tackle your goals and communicate your message to your desired audience.

Some Other Facts About Me

Born and raised in Argentina, I am both Italian and Argentinian.
I moved to Germany in 2021. But now I am embracing the digital nomad life.
Spanish is my native language. I also speak English, Italian, and a little German.
After graduating as a designer, I graduated from the University-Led Design Professor Training. Which allows me to be a design professor in university.
My passion for structures and innate organising skills, lead me to get a Google Project Management Certificate.

In order to understand more about user experience and design in the digital era, I have also studied User Experience and User Interface Design.
I am part of an amazing community of lettering artists and illustrators called Big Ampersand, created by Martina Flor and her team. Once a member, now I am the Education Lead and Community Manager.
When I am not designing, you can find me either eating, reading, travelling, or eating again.
I am fully proficient working in an environment full of cats.
